Lawrence Lartey is a Co-founder of both Pure Online Genius (PureOnlineGenius.com) and You Report TV (YouReportTV.com); during the dot com boom Lawrence was involved with in a number of ventures and in 1999 he was appointed as a member of the senior management team at InfoSpace Inc. (UK).

Lawrence is extremely passionate about the Internet industry and has a keen entrepreneurial eye. His client list reads like a who's who in internet marketing and digital media.

Martin Chan heads up the Marketing Team at Knowledge Dock (KD). His role is to devise and implement the marketing strategy for KD. Martin has worked in marketing for over 10 years. Within that period he has worked across a number of sectors ranging from multinational IT companies to professional services, where he has been tasked with developing new sales channels, devising strategic marketing plans and leading on the rebranding of organisations.

Prior to joining KD Martin ran his own marketing consultancy working mainly for SMEs and public sector organisations, which have helped him gain a deep insight into the issues facing SMEs. He holds a BA Hons in Business studies, an MSc in Marketing and MBA.

Mayank is the founding Director and head of the management team at Minority Supplier Development UK (MSDUK), UK's premier non-profit corporate membership organisation promoting supplier diversity and linking large corporations with ethnic minority owned businesses from across the UK.

Since it was started in 2006, MSDUK has been able to generate more than £9m worth of business for ethnic minority business through its membership.

Mayank has nearly 16 years of managing his own business in India and has extensive knowledge of raw material procurement, vendor development and international trade.

Mayank has an MBA and another Master's Degree in Business and Commerce. Mayank is married with two children and lives in Leicester.

I founded Yana Cosmetics Makeup Company in 1991 really out of my own need, but soon realized that it mirrored the needs of many other women.

Ayo was born in Sierra Leone - Kono; which is best known as the diamond hub and a major strong hold for rebels during the 10 year civil war which ended in 2002.

He went to South Bank University where he gained a Masters Degree in International Development. He is a consultant who has taught, trained and sharing his experiences to 100's of NGO on the ground in Africa.

Cole Consulting started out in the United States of America, in 1999. Since that time the founder Mr. Cole, has taken the company internationally. The company started when he was made redundant from his employment in a well-known HMO in Detroit, Michigan, where he was in charge of the marketing department.

Mr. Cole some how finds the time to consult with the Police of the West Midlands through an IAG to which he is a member, and is often sought after regarding issues in the community regarding crime and violence.

He is known as an International speaker of business development strategies, and market growth principles. A qualified Criminologist, teacher/Lecturer, trainer and assessor, and Business Professional. He has also spoken on various radio stations around the country on issues such as business strategies, educational concepts and techniques.

Ilyas is qualified Coach as a graduate member of the Associated Stress Consultant with BSY Group with a BA in Social Sciences, Social Psychology and Communication Studies.
